Now, our main products including special ratchet wrench, custom ratchet turnbuckle and rigging screw fittings( turnbuckle DIN 1478, DIN 1479 and OEM) etc. In special ratchet wrench filed, we develop the ratchet with heavy duty(1100Nm working load) and big size ratchet ( inside hexagon shape 50mm), it widely used in construction machinery- paver machinery ratchet, tractor ratchet, solid waste container ratchet and G80 G100 load binder ratchet etc; Fold handle ratchet and square/hexagon/special shape ratchet wrench for industrial manufacturing customized need, it is widely used in car manufacturing, pipe beveling machine, automation robot arm ratchet, hydraulic jack ratchet etc. In custom ratchet turnbuckle field, it is different from G80 and G100 turnbuckle ratchet for cargo lashing and tensioning purpose, it is for the machinery equipment such as paver, solid waste compactor, land oil drilling platform, automation production line, tractor attachment etc. In rigging screw field, including turnbuckle DIN 1478, turnbuckle DIN 1479 and OEM turnbuckle, forged clevis jaw fork ends, hydraulic cylinder pipe, chain gear, shaft, turnbuckle fittings etc.

With 3D model drawing design support(UG, Solidworks etc); and the integration of processing technology resources, our sub-supplier are equipped with a series of advanced and specific production equipment such as M/C, CNC, wire cutting, CNC Laser cutting machines rinding /milling machines and hot/cold forging machines, We invested the hydraulic pressure machinery to develop the technology of metal forming (i.e pipe forming) etc.; with the support of our the third-party lab, we can analysis the chemical compositions and physical properties of the material.
